“ Just spectacular everything, the food, the atmosphere, the attention. Few places like this to enjoy a good meal. We visited it for the first time 3 weeks ago and since then we come every moment we can. ”
“ I tried many things on the menu and everything was very good. We arrived late and they still served us! The ceviches were my favorite. ”
“ I specifically searched google for tapas restaurants, and this one popped up. I met a coworker there to catch up. We opted to sit outside under a fan. We ordered the Brussels & belly and truffle fries. The brusssel sprouts were seasoned very well. A hint of sweetness and the char on the Brussel sprouts was good. Oh, and the taste of the thick cut bacon was divine. The truffle fries with the mayo dipping sauce was really good. For a drink, we ordered the Sol. The owner, chef, and 2 different waitresses checked on us throughout our visit. The chef gave us a free corn tostada because they made too many in the back. So, each table received a free one. That was very thoughtful. I will definitely be back to this place soon. ”
“ What a gem! Amazing food and drinks! Outside patio has a great atmosphere. Very nice staff! Ceviche and skewers were delicious. They are open until midnight on Friday! I will defenitely come back. Highly recommend! ”
“ Tried Copa for the first time tonight for our anniversary. Officially our new favorite restaurant in Vintage park. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our special night even better. The food was AMAZING!! We started with cocktails & I loved that one of the staff stopped by our table to tell us the legends that went with both of our drinks. Definitely going back and bringing friends. Thank you Shannon and Carlos (and others) for giving us such a great experience! Looking forward to next visit. ”
“ If you’re looking for incredible food paired with unforgettable hospitality, Copas is the place to be. We first met Leo and Destiny, who were so warm, welcoming, and attentive that we came back the very next night. Yes, it’s that good. On our second visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Jorge, the owner, whose passion and kindness sealed the deal. We also got to know Jackie, who was just as engaging and made us feel right at home. Chef Shannon even came out personally to check on us, which speaks volumes about their commitment to service. Now let’s talk about the food. Every dish brought back memories of my childhood. My absolute favorite was the Albondigas and Fideo. It had the perfect hint of spice, and I literally closed my eyes because it took me right back to my childhood. It was absolutely delicious, and I will be getting it every time I come. The Churrasco Board was another standout with so much protein and flavor for such a reasonable price. And the Choriqueso? Gooey, flavorful perfection. Their drink menu is also excellent, with a wide variety of handcrafted cocktails that pair perfectly with every dish. Whether you’re out for a lively Saturday night or just want to enjoy a relaxing brunch with friends, Copas hits every note. It offers a cozy, family vibe while still keeping the energy high and fun. Don’t miss this gem. Copas is a flavor, a feeling, and an experience you’ll want to return to again and again. ”
“ My husband and I booked a reservation for our anniversary. We had never visited but wanted to try something new. We were there for a super late lunch/ early dinner. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed every moment! We chose an outside table- because we were celebrating an anniversary they had a little vase with a flower and complimentary bubbly for us. We asked our waiter ( Victor) for recommendations, and they were all great. We had the mussels, my husband whose never had them raved about how delicious they were. Whatever sauce they add should be bottled and sold. ;) We also had the ceviche, and charcuterie board. I also had a hibiscus adult flavored drink. We loved the experience so much, we went back for dinner later that week. Where we tried some of the meat skewers, the ceviche trio and the mussels again. This place is definitely worth going to for a nice casual evening date or even a girl date with some friends. ”
“ Ambiance: Well-decorated Latin restaurant in Vintage Park with a beautiful & airy patio area as well as an impressive interior bar & dining area. Perfect spot for a night out, date, upscale lunch, or any occasion! The ceviche was the best I have ever had - absolutely love that it is served in a shell! Highly recommend the potatas bravas as well as the queso. The skewers were delicious for the main course and I loved the flan for dessert! Ample free parking available in the Vintage Park area. Friendly & fast service - Victor was incredibly knowledgeable about the dishes! Expansive menu and delicious cocktails. I will have to go back to try the wines! 10/10 dining experience ”
